Project 01
Roynirmalya.com and the local content workspace
A personal site that doubles as a real content system: public-facing on the web, locally editable through its own dashboard, writing archive, games page, and mail desk.
This site is more than a landing page. It is a small product system built around how I actually want to work: write, ship, update, experiment, and keep the surface feeling authored instead of generic.
The public side uses Angular, Analog, and Nitro for a fast SSR setup. Behind that, I built a local dashboard for editing the homepage, about copy, projects, blog posts, thoughts, and mailbox activity without exposing a public admin panel.
It is also where I test visual direction, editorial structure, retro-modern interface ideas, and the balance between personality and maintainability. The project matters to me because it is both portfolio and playground.
